Meet Candice

My name is Candice van Vuuren and I have recently joined the Barker Physio Team as an excited and passionate junior physiotherapist.

I obtained my Bsc in Physiotherapy from the University of Stellenbosch in 2022 and completed my community service year at Helen Joseph Hospital in Auckland Park. Currently i enjoy all aspects of physiotherapy to ultimately help people achieve their goals of integration into their residential and community settings. If i had to pick one area it would be neuro rehabilitation and woman’s health. If you don’t find me at the hospital, you will probably find me at gym, home with friends and and family and exploring all Krugersdorp and Randfontein has to offer.
